With today's medical technology, individuals are living longer than
ever before. Yet more and more, people lose the ability to care for
themselves toward the end of their lives, either physically or financially,
or both. Chances are there will come a time when you will need to help
your parents take care of their needs. This can entail as little as
helping to manage household duties or as much as looking after their
financial well being. If you are responsible for your parents' financial
well being, insurance can play a role in that effort. If for whatever
reason you were to pass, would your spouse be able to continue to maintain
her current lifestyle as well as care for dependent parents?
